Creativity Meeting
This meeting is a discussion group of the creative process. Bring your most recent personal project in the form of cheap 4x6 prints (no slides, no computer shows, no fancy-schmancy matted and framed prints). We're not a camera club, we're not in competition with one another and we're not trying to impress anyone. We're only interested in the creative process and how we can elevate creativity within the group. This meeting doesn't deal with the craft of art, but only with the creation process.
Don't expect to be beaten up, but don't expect it to be a comfortable place, either. We encourage honest comments and ideas about each other's work. Our aim is to stretch the creative sensitivities of our minds--to become better artists and to make our images more sensitive, more purposeful and more deeply personal.
Even if you don't bring a project with you, please come. Your support is important for everyone else.
There is no charge for attending this meeting, but arrangements are made for the meeting location based upon the estimated attendance. Please contact me by email prior to the meeting so I can make appropriate facility arrangements.
